Application and entrance requirements:

Enrollment agreement, $125 registration fee, and $165 book fee to hold your place in the class.
A copy of most recent educational diploma (High School, GED or college diploma) is needed.
High school seniors are welcome, but must have written approval from your high school guidance counselor.

Dress Code:

OSHA requirements for universal precautions will be followed. Scrubs, gloves, masks, and safety glasses will be provided. If you have a latex allergy, please inform one of your instructors on the first day of class.
Scrubs, socks and closed toe shoes are required to be worn at each session.
Long hair must be pulled back.

Course Format:

Dental Assisting is a hands on job. Each session will consist of lecture in the beginning followed by hands on learning at the end. This makes for a fun learning environment where students can apply what they have learned.
There will be periodic tests and quizzes to ensure that students are retaining the materials learned from the week prior.

A minimum of eight hours job shadow/externship is required for graduation.

Graduation Requirements:

Graduation will be held at the end of the last session.
